New Scotish Painting: An Exchange
Robert MacLaurin, Rob McCarthy, Caroline McNaim
Organized in conjunction with 369 Gallery in Edinburgh, this exhibition features work by three contemporary Scottish painters. The images featured in Rob McCarthy’s brooding landscape paintings and drawings were gathered during trips to Orkney and Iona; Robert McLaurin’s paintings are contemplative mountain scenes that depict diminutive, solitary travelers; Caroline McNarin fuses figures, landscapes, and patterns in her complex paintings.
