Marvelous New Products

For this exhibition, Martine Aballéa has created a fictitious line of “new products” in the form of advertisements, show cards, packaging, and other marketing devices. Her images allude to familiar objects, yet are entirely fabricated. According to Aballéa, “I try to create objects that almost exist, somewhat like scents you think you are smelling but which disappear.”
