088bexg495_4_lg_144_144Created by sisters Betsy and Susie Brandt, two Adirondack natives, this installation features wall paintings and mixed media sculptural works that create a renewed sense of place by rejecting the romanticized notion of the Adirondacks. This exhibition is a continuation of the installation Adirondackland Factory Outlet, first shown at the Fort Edwards Arts Center in July of 1995. Souvenirs created by the artists will be for sale in the gallery.
