Playing with depth of field and a utilitarian esthetic, Bob Seng and Lisa Hein transform the window space into a giant EXIT sign. According to Seng, “Whenever I see an EXIT sign I wonder, ‘What’s on the other side? Can I get back if I don’t like it here? Will I ever return?’”
