This sculptural installation derives from Chris Lin’s two-dimensional works. The subjects depicted in his drawings and paintings are realized in small-scale sculptural form and reliefs, maintaining a similar use of color and texture. Although allusive in meaning, Lin has confirmed that his subjects are more often than not autobiographical.
